Position: Financial Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to oversee our company’s financial planning, reporting, and risk management functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization, especially within the loan recovery and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.

3. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial trends to guide strategic decisions.

4. Manage financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.

5. Collaborate with audit and legal teams for tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings.

6. Evaluate financial risks and manage recovery performance and credit control.

7. Lead and mentor finance team members, including training and performance evaluation.

8. Recommend process and system improvements for better financial oversight.

9. Communicate with investors, partners, and lenders on financial matters and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

2. Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance preferred.

3. 6–7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in financial services or recovery sectors.

4. In-depth understanding of financial regulations, forecasting, and risk management.

5. Proficiency in financial tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.

6. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Exposure to loan portfolio management or debt recovery processes.

2. Familiarity with Indian financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

3. Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions efficiently.
