Position: HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring that aligns with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.

  2. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.

  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  4. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with job requirements.

  5. Coordinate with department heads for technical rounds and feedback collection.

  6. Draft and send offer letters and handle pre-onboarding formalities.

  7. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

  8. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

  9. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

  10. Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment tools, and employment laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  2. Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  4. Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  5. Hands-on experience with ATS and HR software.

  6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  7. Understanding of HR policies and hiring compliance practices.

Preferred:

  1. Prior experience recruiting for IT, finance, or fintech roles.

  2. Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

  3. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.

  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
